Delete your Selovi account
This page explains the account deletion process that already exists inside the app. It does not submit deletion requests.
- Open Selovi and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm it is you: enter your password again or repeat Google sign-in when asked.
- Review the deletion notice and confirm. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
The app deletes your Firebase account, profile, encrypted cloud backup, private ownership records, community posts and replies, likes, votes, blocks, rate-limit and restriction records. It removes your link from submitted reports.
Delete data without deleting your account
You do not have to close your account to remove data. Settings → Data and privacy → Encrypted cloud backup → Delete cloud backup removes the encrypted backup from the server and keeps the account. Each community post and reply can be deleted from its own menu. Settings → Data and privacy → Delete local health data clears the logs on this phone.
What stays on this device
Local health logs on your phone are not deleted with the account. Remove them in Settings → Data and privacy → Delete local health data, or uninstall the app.
Retention exception
Reports and moderation records may remain for up to 90 days only with account links removed, as described in the privacy policy.
